A year ago, we invited a team of experts to collect and analyze for us feedback from our customers. 85% of our customers were asked number of questions that helped us understand how they define the quality of the services we provide and what they think are our comparative advantages over our main competitors. Based on the results of the analysis, we developed a strategy for optimization of our services. We made a serious effort to ensure even fuller satisfaction of the requirements and expectations of our customers.
A year later the results are visible: we have increased our customers over 2 ½ times; over 95% of our customers consider excellent the quality of our services; over 35% of our new clients come to us on recommendation and over 30% of our customers come back to us again. Over the past year, we managed to renew 1/3 of our car fleet and added new classes.
